When designing a airlock entry, how far between the automatic doors should be to prevent both doors opening at the same time?: Opening time differs depending on the door opening/closing speed, detection area of sensor, the users' walking speed, etc.
Although you should take enough distance for airlock performance, it is sometimes difficult to take more than 3-5m depending on the architectural circumstances.
Please note that doors would keep opening in heavy traffic area even if the distance between the doors are enough.

Can I adjust the automatic door operation easily by myself?: Technical knowledge and skills are required for installation and maintenance of automatic door.
If you want to faster/slower the door speed, change opening time, or adjust the sensor, please contact our distributor in your country for assistance.

What should I do when I think the automatic door fails to operate?: If the automatic door unit fails to operate properly, please check the following:
If you notice anything unusual such as noise, smoke, or odor, turn off the power switch immediately and contact our distributor in your country.

Can I open the automatic door in case of power outage?: Standard automatic doors can be opened by hand with less than 100N (10.2kgf)

What should I do when earthquake occurs?: Turn off the power and leave doors open.
Big earthquake can cause structural damage or malfunction to the door, making it dangerous during evacuation.

What kind of services will you provide for maintenance contract?: We recommend our customers to have after service contract with our distributors for regular inspection, adjustment, lubrication, and repair.
