The door remains open.
- [Reason] An object is placed inside the sensing area.
- [What to do] Remove the object the sensor is detecting.
The door operator makes an abnormal noise or release an unusual odor.
- [Reason] The door operator is defective.
- [What to do] Turn off the power and contact our distributor in your country.
