If the automatic door unit fails to operate properly, please check the following:
If you notice anything unusual such as noise, smoke, or odor, turn off the power switch immediately and contact our distributor in your country.

Caution: Do not adjust or attempt to repair the unit by yourself.

In case of a breakdown

The door cannot be opened or closed even by hand.

Issue: Something obstructs the door on the guide rail, or something is stuck inside the operating unit.
Solution: Turn off the power and remove the object.
Issue: The door remains locked.
Solution: Turn off the power and remove the object.
Issue: If the problem remains, the door operator may be faulty.
Solution: Turn off the power and contact our distributor in your country.

The door can be opened/closed manually but does not operate automatically.

Issue: The power switch is off.
Solution: Turn on the power switch.
Issue: The activation sensor fails to function properly.
Solution: Turn off the power and contact our distributor in your country.
Issue: If the problem remains, the door operator may be faulty.
Solution: Turn off the power and contact our distributor in your country.

The door remains open.

Issue: An object is placed inside the sensing area.
Solution: Remove the object the sensor is detecting.

The door operator makes an abnormal noise or release an unusual odor.

Issue: The door operator is defective.
Solution: Turn off the power and contact our distributor in your country.
