NH-604 High-Touch Sensor is the transom mount, "contact-free" type touch sensor. By using the reflected light of active infrared beam, NH-604 will detect the hand or objects approaching the "touch operation" stickers.

In the normal condition, the sensor detects the small area along the doorway to prevent unnecessary operations. Once a person places his/her hand near the door, the door will open. And while the door is open, NH-604 will monitor the door areas like other transom mounting sensors to prevent passers-by or objects approaching the door from being hit by the door.
